1. Planks
Planks are isometric ab toning exercises. What you do is get on your on your toes and then lean all your upper body weight on your forearms. You're basically in pushup position, except on your forearms instead of your hands.
Then just hold that position for as long as you can. Do this exercise for a total of 2-3 minutes everyday.
2. Isometric abs squeezes
Typical exercises like situps and crunches suck for your abs because the results aren't much for all the time you put in, but isometric exercises work great for quick results.
To do abs squeezes, simply squeeze and tighten your abs. Flex them. Hold that for 20 or more seconds. Repeat that for a few minutes each day.
3. Isometric Vacuum Poses
Yet another isometric exercise. One thing before I continue, these isometric exercises are perfect for women who only want to tone their abs and not build them up.
Basically, all you do here is suck in your belly button. After you've sucked it in as much as possible, hold it for as long as possible. Do this a few minutes each day and you'll literally lose a couple inches within weeks. I consider this the BEST ABS EXERCISE you can possibly do.
