1. Jump on a mini-trampoline
This is a very convenient way to slim, tone, and sculpt your legs. This piece of equipment costs $20-26 at Wal-Mart.
Now, you will get very good results by simply plopping it down in your living room or wherever and just jumping on it for awhile. However, there is a way to SUPERCHARGE your metabolism by jumping on it for 2 minutes at a time.
