7. Have fun:
Even if you are busy, it is important to move out some time and have some fun. It can be catching up with the girls for a day. You will find that apart from losing weight, you get your mind off most things that would otherwise worry you.
8. Love your life:
Being miserable can lead to overindulgence. Accept that you are a single mum and enjoy every second of it. You will also keep up with your weight loss plan easily when you have a positive look at life. Losing weight fast should be easy for you.
