How to Fix Women's Hair Loss Problems


Previously it was the men who used to face the problem of baldness due to severe hair loss. It either used to be a hereditary problem or due to increase in the level of DHT. But today the losing hair has become a common problem with both the men as well as the women. This problem has also become a problem which is quite difficult to tackle. If you want to solve you hair loss problem then the most important thing which you need is patience. You can stop the hair from falling in just a day. You need to work hard for it for a long time.
The common causes of hair loss in the women are stress, bad condition of the scalp, lack of iron, emotional problems, and bad condition of internal organs like the liver, the kidneys, and thyroids and so on. Other than this losing your hair can also be due to pregnancy, hormonal changes or menstrual problems. Sometime the lack of some important vitamins in the body of the women too leads to the problem of hair loss. As you will notice that most of these problems are quite severe and hence you need to have patience to fight these problems.
The deficiency of the vitamin which leads to the problem of hair loss is vitamin C and vitamin B1. Other than this iron and lysine are also deficient. Vitamin C has an antioxidant property which helps the hair as well as the skin to be healthy. This is because it helps to increase the rate of metabolism in the body. To get vitamin C you need to eat the citrus fruits. You can also eat tomatoes, strawberries, potatoes, pineapples and so on. You also need to eat a lot of fresh and green vegetables.
