1. Top exercise - vacuum poses
This is a fancy name for a version of sucking in your belly. Everyone has sucked in their bellies before, but they don't incorporate it into an exercise program. Done regularly, you'll lose inches from your waist... as many as 3 inches in a month.
So here's what you do... suck in your LOWER belly button part of your abs. Hold for 15 or more seconds (more is better). Then repeat. 5 minutes a day is what your minimum goal should be. 15-20 minutes... even better.
That's not much since you can do these while watching tv and various other things you are doing. Personally for me, I do them during tv commercials.

When most people think of squats, you think of having to go to the gym and put a barbell on your shoulders. Hindu squats are nothing like that. They're all about weight loss and cardio endurance.
You don't need weight. All you need is to squat up and down with your own bodyweight as fast as you can. This is an exercise you get the best results from timing yourself. Do 5 minutes without stopping for a rest. If you get 100 or more squats done, awesome.
If not, continue practicing hindu squats until you do. Doing 100 or more squats in 5 minutes will supercharge your fat burning results.
