Lose inches - thighs... possible? You bet it is. I'm going to show you exactly how to lose inner thigh fat quickly without having to waste hours each week at the gym.

1. A top leg slimming exercise is jumping on a mini-trampoline
So first off, obviously you need to get a mini-trampoline. They're about $25 or so at Wal-Mart or some place similar. Next, get jumping. People think you need to jump really high on these things. YOU DON'T. You barely need to jump 1 inch to get all the benefits from this.
In fact, a lot of times I don't even lift my toes off of it... I just sway on my toes right to left as my heels lift off the mini-trampoline.
You can do this however you want, just be sure to get in at least 20 minutes a day. A trick I use is tv commercial time... I jump on it during those 2 minute breaks. I easily get in 20 minutes in just 1 hour of tv watching using this little trick.
Bonus... it saves me time from other parts of my day since I don't need to set up a specific workout time.
2. Hindu Squats to burn off thigh fat fast
Hindu squats are great if you want to burn fat from your whole body... especially your legs and butt. Using nothing more than your own body, you just squat super fast to create a cardio weight loss effect.
How fast do you squat? Well, as fast as you can... but for the best results you should squat at least 20 times per minute. I advocate that you do this for 5 minutes straight... so 100 reps of squats in those 5 minutes minimum.
If you can't do that right away, just use the rule of 20 squats per minute and work your way up until you can get 100 or more in 5 minutes or less.
So lose inches... thighs, butt, and a whole lot of other places if you use just these 2 simple exercises regularly.
